Power BI Reporting Modernization
The client needed to migrate QVD-based logic and Qlik reports to Snowflake and Power BI, enhancing performance, scalability, and efficiency. The transition streamlined data processing, reduced file sizes, and optimised report generation — focused on Value Chain function reports including Order Monitoring, Sales Performance, Wastage Analysis, and Forecasting Dashboards.

Migrating QVD-based logic to Snowflake or Power Query while ensuring existing functionalities were fully preserved and performance was enhanced was the primary technical challenge.
