A Check or Transform action is embedded beneath Copilot Studio responses, allowing users to choose between fact-checking, tone review, summarisation, podcast generation, or mind map creation.

Fact and tone review actions are routed to a Power Apps Canvas app that displays AI-detected issues with highlighted text, clickable review panes, and user-controlled actions like Accept, Edit, or Ignore.

Summarise, Podcast, and Mind Map actions are processed using BE AI and rendered in dedicated panels within the Canvas app, allowing users to preview and export generated content.

A single Power Automate flow handles all branching logic across action types, passing necessary context like original or reviewed text, user ID, and source intent for consistent behaviour.

Final outputs can be exported directly to OneDrive as .docx or .mp3, or into OneNote as structured pages or embedded visuals, supporting downstream collaboration and reuse.
